A DELICIOUS SUMMER RECIPE

Take plenty of sunshine and mix them throughly with chrystal clear waters of the mediterranean, add all the colors of the green and the blue from turquoise to emerald, put a little soft breeze, few shaded beaches with pine trees, add some lonely bays and some rugged coastlines, stir them with exotic islands and generously add, lush green olives, figs and lemon trees. Then serve generously with bright blue skies, romantic sunsets and enchanting starry nights.
How did you like it so far ? Well, if yes then how about a boat trip called “blue Cruise” on a wooden yacht called Turkish GULET, which is completely custom made of special woods, the gulets are the products of centuries old mediterranean boat building experience and the blue cruise is a journey full of surprises …
The intimacy between mediterranean sea and the nature, the ancient civilizations of three thousands years with classical arts and mythology creates exciting new adventures in your soul. Furthermore the exotic colors and smells …
This is a privileged holiday away from the daily routine, more refreshing than any other holiday you have spent before. There is literally no better way to relax, to dream and feel what life is all about ! The taste of unlimited freedom in the middle of turquoise waters to be shared with friendly people around you, just feel the peace and joy!
while you are resting a lot of goodies will be prepared for you. Since the Turkish cuisine is one of the best in the world, enjoy the delicious food and exotic flavors , At night, enjoy a glass of cappadocian wine or Turkish raki (lions milk) and let the unforgettable moments pass in review and spend some time with your loved ones, Show them that you have a real taste for romance and fantasy on board a Turkish gulet.

How to Charter your Special Event Motor yacht or Party Gulet for Blue Cruising .

First of all it’s advisable to establish an overall budget of how much you would like to spend on your very special yacht charter. The next thing to determine is when are you looking for a boat, just to make sure that the boat that you have selected is available, inspected and certified for the number of guests you will be accomodating on board.
The main frame values would be :
When would you like to charter a yacht ? ( your exact dates for a week or two )
How many cabins would you need or how many persons you want to accomodate ?

How much you are planning to spend just let us know in order to offer the right one for you.

There are two main elements on chartering a yacht.

1. The cost of the yacht itself, (usually fixed)

2. The Fuel and food & beverage, ( excluded in charter price, with MYBA contracts)

If chartering a motoryacht , keep in mind that charter price never includes the fuel for cruising nor airconditioning
there is an extra 25% of the charter fee added on the motoryachts price as APA (advanced provisioning allowance)
and this is given to captain as advance fuel and provisioning allowance in order to keep the yacht running and if the consumption is less than what you have paid, you get the balance back or leave it as gratuity to the crew.

If chartering a Gulet ( Turkish motor sailors) Most of the time we buy the provisions and the beverages according to your hearts desire and Present you the expenditure invoice which is payable when boarding the vessel. otherwise upon your arrival you may take a few hours of your time and simply buy all what you need from the local stores and enjoy your own shopping. All of our yachts offer excellent cuisine with blue ribbon chefs and accommodate formal seating for all of our guests.

If chartering a Luxury Gulet The cost of the yacht includes crew wages , insurance , Fresh water and the Fuel for the main engines for 4 hours of motoring daily and power generators ( for 24hrs air conditioning )

If chartering a Motor yacht
The charter price Never includes the fuel nor food and beverages, there are two powerful engines for cruising and twin power generators to run the airconditioners and to navigate .

The delivery fee, is aplicable when you decide to call the Yacht to your preferred place such as a hotel jetty or a marina of your choice to aboard the yacht which is other than her home port/marina.

Redelivery fee, is aplicable when you decide to leave the yacht in other port than her home port/marina.

Either motor yacht or a motor sailing yacht ( gulet) the charter price excludes food and beverages as well as foreign port disbursement fees and outward / inward clearance which are aplicable when you take a chartered yacht abroad such as greek islands or elsewhere means outside Turkish territorial waters.

Yachts home port dockage fee, the crew’s salary, Yachts insurance , fresh water and Local marina/port mooring fees and local inward /outward clearance fees are on the owners account and The captain will take care of these issues, So you dont have to worry about it.

The cost of the Yacht is fixed and does not vary with less people on board.
The catering and beverages are variable costs and shown separately on a per person, per day basis and also include any other service charges.

All our Yacht proposals and price estimates show these hidden costs in a detailed breakdown.
please let us know about your personal preferences when ordering provisions such as red meat , white meat, fish or vegetarian so that we stock up your chefs stores with your favorite products in order to be served delicious food.

Basically, there are four ways to charter a boat or luxury yacht for your vacation:

First option , and the best and most stress-free vacation, is to book a cruise on a fully crewed yacht, where the boat is exclusively yours for the duration. The vessel can be sail or power, and the crew will navigate, sail and prepare the beverages and meals. This is definitely the lap of luxury or as the Irish say “Living the life of Riley”.
the whole boat is yours to go wherever you like, your crew will be responsible for serving you three meals a day plus preparing many exotic or traditional beverages and magnificent gourmet dishes for your evening meals. The chefs on board luxury yachts pride themselves in the quality and variety of their meals; This truly remarkable vacation has no equal on earth. Sailing on your own private yacht with an attentive and knowledgeable crew to attend to your every need has to be the ultimate experience.

The second way to charter is with a captain-only arrangement under which the charter company provides a qualified captain, usually a person expressly chosen not only for their nautical experience but more importantly for their “people-skills” and ability to interact socially with a wide variety of guests. You and your party will be expected to do the meal preparation or to eat ashore at the many available local restaurants and watering holes on the different islands. You will be responsible for the captain’s meals as well. Many of our bareboats and crewed yachts can also be chartered as “Captain-only” vessels.

A Third alternative, is a “bare-boat” Charter without captain or crew. Under this arrangement you and your party will be the captain and crew. Of course, some prior experience will be necessary for your own safety, you and/or your guests will be required to fill out a form known as a “sailing resume”, take out accident insurance and provide a security deposit before the Charter Company turns you loose with their rather expensive piece of equipment..

A final alternative is to book a cabin charter on a crewed yacht. Some of the larger private yachts allow bookings by the cabin: boats will typically leave their port of origin on a fixed timetable and itinerary, say, on Fridays at mid-day and return to the same port on the following Thursday at midday. You will be sharing the vessel with other guests and your fellow passengers will be basically “Pot-Luck”. This is a more economical way to have the fun without paying for the whole boat.

The best way to enjoy the real Mediterranean is from the deck of your own private fully Crewed Charter Yacht.
A fully crewed yacht comes with a captain, deckhands , steward/ess and a chef.
For the price of a cruise you and your friends sail in comfort, with first class food and service, you decide the menu and where you sail. The emphasis is on visiting near by towns and beaches that are often inaccessible to large cruise ships or hotel guests.

Motor Yacht or Sailing Vessel?

This is a matter of personal preference. Many people prefer the silence of sailing, the closeness and oneness with the wind and the sea, and the satisfaction of using nature to power your boat and take you where you want to go. There is also a somewhat superior level of skill required to successfully navigate and anchor a sailing vessel. Power boats on the other hand, tend to be somewhat easier to handle, especially for mooring and navigating in close quarters if they have twin propellers. You are not dependent on the wind to get to where you want to go, plus, power boats tend to have more creature comforts like larger heads, and living accommodations. When chartering a yacht, people tend to charter what they are familiar with. Either Sail or power,

Whether you prefer the luxury of a fully crewed yacht or the freedom of a bareboat, chartering offers something for everyone…

. Honeymooners love being alone.

. Parents enjoy the security of a fully crewed yacht for their children.

. Young children love the beaches and all the activities a yacht has to offer .

. Teenagers enjoy the water sports, the night life and the chance to see a different world.

. Boat owners enjoy the opportunity to sail a larger boat than they would normally own.

. Everyone loves the freedom which is absolutely unique that offers a yacht .

Bareboat Chartering

Without a timetable, neither crew and an endless supply of beaches, coves and unique islands to visit, bareboat chartering represents the ultimate get away vacation. There are many bareboat companies in the Mediterranean but standards vary enormously and choosing the right boat and company makes all the difference. There are many enticing bareboat sites on the web but in reality it is virtually impossible to judge a boat’s condition from a web site or a magazine ad. As an independent brokerage firm that works with all charter companies, we can tell you how they compare and describe each boat’s current condition. All companies have some boats that are better than others.
We specialize in Mediterranean yacht charters and know from first hand experience and feedback which companies regularly produce satisfied customers

Choosing a Bare Boat Charter Company.

We propose companies and boats that fits best to your requirements and your price range.
We can give an independent opinion on the charter company and the boat you are considering and describe its current condition from first hand experience.

How do we find the most suitable crewed Yacht for you .

A charter brokerage house, such as our company, matches you with a boat that fits your requirements and a crew with experience. Rather than mailing long lists of boats,
we send you an initial selection of yachts that we would recommend, based on the preferences you give us. This package will contain our own independent, detailed description and photos of the boat and crew,
We then discuss the features that you like in a yacht and the crew, sending you more options and selections as necessary. We have more than 1500 crewed yachts on our file and only recommend the boats that we know personally and feel that she would be the most suitable for you, Selecting the right Crew is often more important than the boat.
See why we book more Mediterranean charters than any other independent brokerage house in Turkey.

Where should we go, where are the best places?

There are marvelous places to tie up your stern rope or anchor all over the Turkish Aegean and Mediterranean We have tried to showcase some of these places in the form of cruising itineraries and Destinations.
Please click here to go through our Destinations page and see the best among the rest, http://akasiayachting.com/en/Charter_Destination

Here’s how the whole booking thing works in practice.

By booking your charter through us, you pay no more than dealing with the Yachts head owner or the bareboat company directly, yet our unbiased advice and 20 years of experience provide you with additional security, more information and Fair prices.

The new generation of Human race are far more nature consciense than ever, since the global warming is threatening our planet and polar ice melting, we all have to be energy efficient and consume less fossil fuels in order to save our planet, well since we have nowhere else to go, we better act less selfish and more eco – friendly, right…?

we all know how much fuel consumes a twin pack of 1800 HP engines of a motoryacht which can be an outrageous 480 liters per hour of speed cruising when compared to a sailing Trimaran, such as BMW / ORACLE .

A displacement motoryacht needs huge amount of energy to cruise gracefully in blue waters however a sailing yacht , a catamaran or a trimaran which can be as fast as a motoryacht with the right wind and let you enjoy interactive sailing with mother nature.

We believe that sailing yachts are becoming more and more fuel efficient with electronic fuel disbursement pumps and are more eco friendly with ever improving technologies and lightweight hitech yacht building materials instrumenst such as carbon kevlar and epoxy bonding materials. The epoxy laminated Composite materials which are recently introduced into the yacht building industry are lightweight and resistent to wear and tear of seawater, when compared to steel , alimunium or laminated wood construction materials.

The teak is still number one preference of any yacht builder for its resistence to seawater and warmth as prime material however there are alternative composite materials which is Teak lookalike and even more resistent than natural fiber of tropical forests which are under extinction…

Either power yacht or a sailing yacht the hull is the most important element of a boat for long term consideration and the new advances in Yacht designing and building has reached unparalelled levels of stamina and competence, the bigger and faster the better is the main motto of many yacht building companies and the worlds leading yacht charter and brokerage houses such as Camper and Nicholsons , Fraser yachts, Akasiayachting , Atolyachts, Barcomar, Marenostra and Stellamaris are leading the way to a more advanced fuel efficiency and lightweight Technologies.
The heavy displacement mega yachts so called stable tall ships are replaced with complex zero stabilizers which has improved the yachting pleasure even in rough seas and computer controlled Hydraulic powered sailing gears are now a must together with Highly Flexible aluminium masts and rods of 316L stainless steel at its best .

The new generation all in one screen navigational instrumenst become so popular that most of the circumnavigational technichs and astral navigation with sextants has become obsolete with those newly improved satellite interfaced ARPA radars, super precise Gps and multicolored 3D chartplotters are a part of Standard navigational devices and instruments which are becoming cheaper and more accessible to all even the most radical adventurer who consider circumnavigation in a bath tub.
We pledge to a better world in harmony with mother nature and expect the worldwide nautical community to share ideas and combine forces to stop wasting our planet and turn to less polluting energy resources such as Hydrogene production from the seawater and magnetic power which already exists but handicapped by seven sisters of the fossil fuel industry…

Southwestern Turkey has the Best possible conditions for your boat to spend the winter acompanied by Atol yachting,

Turkey has several advantages over the neighbouring mediterranean ports and marinas with quality craftmanship and experienced technicians. The number of qualified personnel and cheap labour makes Turkey an important wintering location amongst other European countries. for example carpentry , welding , painting jobs with iqual or superior craftmanship is much cheaper and due to short winter months , sunny weather conditions , preparing hull and painting are more favourable than most mediterranean ports .

The european boat owners calculates 12 to 17 percent of their face value annually for wintering while these expenses are only 3 to 7 percent in Turkish marinas and wintering places which are always safer and are built in very safe coves .

Wintering in Turkey is 60% much cheaper than most european marinas. The adecuate low humidity and minimal temperature changes are important for painting , varnishing that could be carried out almost all year round with best possible results.

we propose you wintering in Turkey so you may relax and enjoy splendid weather while prepare your boat and you can easily reach the best mediterranean yacht charter destinations in a heart beat.

Atol yachting propose a safe and radically inexpensive wintering for your boat where we can take care of them solving your minor and major problems with peace of mind. with your engines, mechanic, electric system, sails and upholstery with most adecuate materials and craftmanship.

Turkey proudly sits between two continents a position which has given rise to a culture that reflects both East and West. It is a country where European aspirations sit comfortably alongside Asian traditions in a symbiosis and the volatile atmosphere of the Middle East morphs seamlessly into the relaxed outlook of the Mediterranean world.
The rich history of the Greek, roman and Ottoman empire has left an indelible mark and Turkey abounds with historical sites and archaeological wonders set in a beautiful landscape.
The Mediterranean coastline is punctuated with well-preserved Greco-Roman cities such as Pergamon and Ephesus, while the austere and rugged Anatolian plateau has cave churches hidden away in the improbable fairytale landscape of Cappadocia which is located in central Anatolia. Istanbul happens to be still very much the pulse of the nation,
has even more to offer, with Roman aqueducts, Byzantine churches and Ottoman mosques and palaces.

Turks have lived here since 11th century medieval times, since they arrived as nomads from the Eastern Anatolia. Romans, Persians, Lycians, Karians and Phrygians were former occupants of the same territory, and earlier still, Hittite tribes had built an Anatolian empire before collapsing around the time of the Trojan Wars. With history at every turn, it is tempting to portray Turkey as a quaint, time-locked country that adheres to tradition but this is far from the truth. The modern republic’s first leader, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, has reinvented Turkey as a modern secular state following the demise of the Ottoman Empire. Whatever you see today is thanks to Atatürk’s comprehensive modernisation that is a healthy combination of ancient traditions and contemporary outlook. This outlook sees little contradiction in having modern European ways tempered by Islam and time-honoured traditions of hospitality.

yacht charter holidays in Turkey is for everyone and for all budgets whether you want a small sailing yacht or a luxury gulet where you will be treated like the king and the queen of the mediterranean . Book a gulet charter in Turkey with us , Visit the stunning beaches and sparkling waters of unspoiled bays and coves within marmaris, Bodrum, Gocek or fethiye which is 30 mins away from Dalaman International airport .

The spring time in Turkey

Hemmed between the sea and the mighty Taurus Mountains, the plain of Pamphylia gave rise to some large and particularly splendid classical cities. Set on fertile ground, and perfectly placed for local and international trade, this small strip of land became one of the most densely populated in the Roman Empire.

Timed to coincide with Turkey’s spectacular display of wildflowers in spring, this tour on land promises to be a visual and cultural feast. Day trips take us from the stunning natural beauty of Phaselis, once the den of marauding pirates, now hidden amongst pine forest, to the mountain lair of Termessos, whose theatre sits high amongst the gods, on the edge of a cliff.

Boasting one of the best preserved aqueducts and Roman theatres in the world, Aspendos is but one of the special delights of this voyage into the past. Just a short distance from our hotel, we’ll travel to Perge to explore its magnificent stadium, colonnaded street, and baths. The statues that once decorated its buildings are now housed in the Antalya museum, a splendid treasure trove.

Turkey’s spring flowers are perhaps the finest in Europe

Our base is in a beautiful Special class characterful hotel in the ‘Kaleici’, the fortified old city surrounding Antalya’s vital harbour. Today the old city is a place of great charm, narrow streets lined with Ottoman mansions that have been carefully and lovingly restored. Throughout this cultural tour we’ll enjoy fabulously fresh Turkish food, from exquisite dinners in fine restaurants, to beautiful picnics on the ancient sites.

This is a holiday in Turkey to stimulate and inspire. It will take you deep into its ancient past on a magnificent archaeological adventure.

This cultural holiday and archaeological gulet cruise interweaves the magic of the Turkish coast with two awe inspiring Greek islands. We set sail on our gulet and head west from Gocek, to Bodrum, ancient Halicarnassus, site of the Mausoleum, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.

Fortification door, Loryma

we visit some of the greatest archaeological gems on Turkey’s southwest coast: Kaunos with its exquisite rock-cut temple tombs, and beautifully preserved Knidos, a monumental marbled city arranged around a double harbour.

We’ll also travel to visit one of the best preserved medieval cities in the world, Rhodes, (a powerhouse in antiquity too) and the neighbouring Greek island of Symi, decked out in the finest neo-classical style.

This archaeological tour weaves together a cornucopia of simple pleasures: magnificent sites, quiet coves, wondrous walks, breathtaking vistas and glorious swims. As with all our gulet cruises in Turkey, delicious Turkish food is a key component.

Taking a luxurious sailing vacation on a Turkish gulet, our ever changing horizon is a wild, remote and mountainous landscape cut into long peninsulas, deep inlets, secluded coves and pine-fringed fjords. Exploring this unspoilt coast, we rediscover the ancient realm of Mausolus, ruler of Caria, 2400 years ago. With such rich and strategically vital cities, the area was a crossroads of civilisations. Alexander the Great liberated it from Persia, Rhodes sought to carve it into an empire, and the legacy of Crusader castles still speaks of the epic battle between Christianity and Islam.

A holiday in Turkey designed to inspire and relax in equal measure.

So many of our guests have raved about the food served on our gulet cruises and asked for recipes, that we decided to create a trip with an even more gastronomic flavour. Not only will you enjoy all the usual dishes served up by the onboard chef, on this trip you will get involved in the cooking, conjuring up some of the excellent Turkish dishes you’ll eat. This is a journey to tantalise your tastebuds, a voyage of discovery through Turkish Mediterranean cuisine.

Beginning in Bodrum, ancient Halicarnassus, this tour heads north to Ephesus one of the best preserved Roman cities in the Mediterranean. En route we visit some of the most interesting and prettiest sites in Turkey.

We’ve had a number of requests for family gulet cruises over the years. Parents have told us that their children are so fascinated with the Greeks and Romans that they would love to bring them along on a trip. So in 2006 we created a new one week trip for families to coincide with

Here are some suggestions for books, biographies, and travel guides should you wish to read up on Turkey, Turkish history, and the area’s archaeology, before your historical holiday, cultural tour, or gulet cruise. There’s a section specific to this region along with books on the Ottomans and Istanbul. The books are in no particular order.

Turkey has a rich variety of cuisine that makes it worthwhile just to take a culinary tour of the country.

You cannot identify one dominant Turkish food like the Italian pasta or the French sauce, but the Turks have perfected their cuisine to a fine craft that reflects their refinement of culture.

Turkey has a long repertoire of ancient recipes that were perfected by the chefs eager to please the Sultans.
Turkish food is simple in presentation, its natural flavor not camouflaged by sauces , ever since the Ottomans passed laws to regulate freshness of food, leftovers are seldom found in Turkish homes.

It is said that travelers in Turkey, “come for the history but stay for the food”.
Make sure you carry home a Turkish food item like a Turkish Delight as a souvenir from Turkey.

Food and drink in Turkey

Would someone come to Turkey just to eat out? Yes!
Turkish food is famous throughout the world, and is considered one of the 3 pre-eminent cuisines alongside French and Chinese. The painstaking preparation of simple but fresh ingredients brings out the richness of their flavours in a way that never fails to delight. The range is enormous, from an array of soups to an astonishing variety of meze (traditional Turkish appetizers), followed by meat and fish dishes.

Turkish olives

All Turkish food is prepared from fresh ingredients, often grown organically or raised free range. All this is seasoned with herbs and spices often found locally – oregano, marjoram, and thyme grow wild in profusion on the hills along the Mediterranean coast. The country produces a wide variety of fruits, nuts, and vegetables, and being surrounded by sea on three sides, the range of fish to be found is considerable.

Alcohol

Alcoholic drinks include light Turkish beer, excellent wines, and the national drink, ‘raki’ (a potent anisette), which clouds when water is added giving it the popular name “lion’s milk.” Drinking raki is a pleasurable rite in itself, and is traditionally accompanied by a variety of ‘meze’ (small plates, dips etc). “Efes” and “Tuborg” are the most common local beers.

Wine in Turkey

The Turkish wine industry has been making a great deal of progress in recent years. The region was famed in ancient Greek times for the quality of its grapes and wine, and there is now a great profusion of very drinkable Turkish wines on the market.

Juices and water

There is a wide selection of fruit juices ‘meyve suyu’ on offer, and through the summer and autumn you can find freshly squeezed orange juice and then pomegranate juice all over the place. Tap water in the major cities is chlorinated and so drinkable, but very good bottled mineral water from Turkey’s mountains is widely sold. Just ask for “sise suyu” (bottled water), pronounced as “she-shey sue-you”. Turks can argue for hours on the respective merits of different mineral waters, or their own local springs.

Turkish Ayran and Turkish Cofee

We highly recommend trying a cool glass of yogurt whipped with water (and sometimes salt) to make a refreshing drink called “ayran” (pronounced ‘I ran).
You’ll also be able to supp a cup of Turkish coffee. It was Turkey that first saw the growth of coffee houses, centuries before Starbucks, so try one of these miniature hits of caffeine (no grande/huge lattes here) when you can.
Be sure to let the coffee grounds settle, then drink only about half the cup, avoiding the sludge at the bottom.

Cacık (Yoghurt & Cucumber)

Cacık (pronounced ‘jajuk) is one of the absolutely central mezes in Turkey. It can be eaten on its own as a refreshing gazpacho style appetitzer, quite sublime on a hot summer’s day (try adding some ice cubes!). Or it can be enjoyed served alongside almost anything, from kebabs to rice, and from fried courgettes and aubergines (eggplants) to simple pilav (rice). It’s typically served very runny, but by omitting the water, you can conjure a thick yoghurty paste more akin to Greek ‘tzatziki’.

Ingredients (serves 4-6):

750 grams yoghurt (full fat natural, thick )
3 large cucumbers
1 cup of cold water
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Dill – several sprigs, finely chopped
A few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste, about 1 teaspoon
Some black pepper

Preparation:
Mix the garlic, salt, yoghurt, and water in a bowl. Finely chop the cucumbers (some people prefer peeled, others prefer keeping the crunch of the skin), and add to the mixture, give it a good stir, taste for seasoning, and chill. Then pour into bowls, trickle a little olive oil on top of each and sprinkle with dill.

As an alternative try swapping some chopped fresh mint for the dill, and adding a little finely chopped spring onions.

Mercimek Çorbasi – Lentil Soup

This soup is lovely as a winter warmer – filling and comforting. It’s a classic, well loved Turkish dish. In the Turkish countryside and in the town lokantas (the basic eateries) people often have soup for breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner! Alper, the owner of our partner agency in Turkey, Almira Travel, loves lentil soup, but only the way his mother makes it! Our version is based on his mother’s secret recipe!

Advance Preparation:

It’s best to soak the lentils and make the chicken stock the day before cooking. Ideally the lentils should be pre-soaked for 12 hours, but if that is not possible, make sure you rinse them well under cold running water.

Ingredients (serves 4):

1 large chopped onion
1 large carrot
1 mug of red split lentils
6 mugs of chicken stock (you can use water with a stock cube, but the really delicious taste is only achieved using long boiled chicken stock. A perfect stock can be made from the leftover bones and skin of a Sunday roast chicken, boiled with an onion and a carrot!)
Large knob of butter (don’t skimp and don’t use margarine!)
Salt, pepper and cumin to season

Preparation:

Peel and chop the onion and carrots finely. Fry in the butter until they start to soften, but are not browned. (The onions should look transparent). Add the lentils and stock, with some seasoning (go easy at this stage). Simmer over a gentle heat until the lentils are soft. Blend in a food blender (make sure you leave it to run for quite a while, it is important that the soup is really smooth). Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. For an extra flourish, add a sprinkle of paprika to the bowl.
Serve steaming hot with wedges of lemons. Squeeze liberally in to the soup to taste. Some nice crusty bread makes a perfect accompaniment!
Once made, the soup can be kept cool in the fridge for several days and consumed at your leisure with delight and satisfaction.
